Event & vehicle photography (add this to your policy either way)

Convoy Media photographs vehicles at public automotive events — meets, shows, and track days. By attending these events, your vehicle may be photographed. Images may be published on convoyworldwide.com and our social channels and offered for sale as prints. Photographs focus on vehicles rather than individuals. If you'd prefer your vehicle's images not be listed or sold, contact us at support@convoyworldwide.com with a description of the vehicle and event and we'll remove them from sale.

Who we are. This Privacy Policy explains how Convoy ("Convoy Media," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit convoyworldwide.com or make a purchase.

Information we collect. When you browse, subscribe, or order, we may collect: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order and payment details (payment card information is processed securely by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers), the contents of messages you send us, and technical data such as your device, browser, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it. To process and ship your orders, take payment, provide customer service, prevent fraud, send order updates, send marketing emails when you've opted in (including the "Notify me" signups on our event galleries), and improve our store.

When we share it. We share information only with the partners who help us run the business — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, print and shipping partners, email and analytics tools — and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Email marketing. If you subscribe or tap "Notify me" on an event gallery, we'll email you about that event's photos and other Convoy news. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

Your choices and rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or certain data uses (including rights under the GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA). Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart working, understand how the store is used, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & security. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children. Our store isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
