Shipping policy
Production time. Because every print is made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. For photos tied to an event gallery, production begins after your order is placed (once that gallery's photos have gone live).
Shipping & delivery. Orders ship via [CARRIER / "a tracked mail or courier service"], with delivery times depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
Where we ship. We ship across the United States. [If you offer international shipping, say so here — otherwise state "We currently ship within the United States only."] International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at support@convoyworldwide.com within 14 days with your order number (and a photo, for damage) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
