Agreement. By accessing convoyworldwide.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Convoy ("Convoy Media").

Products are made to order. Our prints are produced individually after you order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials, and between production runs — this is normal for photographic printing and isn't a defect.

Orders, pricing, and errors. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product or price was listed in error; if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Prices and product details may change at any time.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Intellectual property — please read. All photographs, images, designs, and prints offered by Convoy Media are our original work and are protected by copyright. We retain all copyright and reproduction rights.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print for personal, non-commercial display only. It does not transfer copyright or any license to reproduce the image. You may not copy, scan, digitize, reprint, reproduce, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or use any Convoy image or print for commercial purposes, and you may not alter, crop out, or remove any watermark, signature, logo, or mark. Convoy Media retains the right to display, reproduce, and sell images we capture at events — including your vehicle — for our portfolio, marketing, and print sales, subject to the removal option in our Privacy Policy. Commercial or extended licensing is available on request — email support@convoyworldwide.com.

Acceptable use. Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or infringe our or others' rights.

Disclaimers. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convoy Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
