1. Return & Refund Policy
Every Convoy print is made to order — produced specifically for you after you order, often of your own vehicle — so we handle returns a little differently than a mass-retail shop.
Because each print is custom-made, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, an incorrect selection at checkout, or buyer's remorse. What we stand behind fully is the quality of what arrives at your door.
Damaged, defective, or wrong orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at support@convoyworldwide.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
Changes and cancellations. Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they enter production — generally within 24 hours of ordering. Reach out as soon as possible if something isn't right and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
Digital files. Any digital downloads are non-refundable once they've been delivered, as they can't be returned.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
